Just drag the folder or the files you want to share with the person and then drop them on to the folder in your Google Drive account. Now open the folder on your computer where the files you want to share are stored. To Upload the files into the folder, Sign in to your Google Drive and then open the folder that was shared with you. The folder will now be shared with you and all the files you upload into the folder will be automatically synced and stored into the person’s Google Drive Account. To share the folder, ask the person to click on Name of the Folder->Share->Enter your email address->Done. Make sure that he gives you permission to edit the contents of the folder. Once the folder is created, ask the person to open the folder and then share it with you.
